High range soundless cracking agent is a soundless and environmentally safe, non explosive demolition agent. It does not cause any flyrock, noise, ground vibration, gas, dust or environmental pollution. It creates systematic cracking in rock and concrete making secondary breaking easier and quicker to complete.

The following is a description of the hole diameter
● Hole spacing and Hole depth:
Hole spacing will vary depending on the type of rock boulder or concrete etc. to be removed. The following tables provide guidelines to work from.

● Hole diameter:
In all cases the minimum hole diameter should be 32mm. The larger the hole diameter is, the greater the expansive stress becomes. The hole size however is recommended to be no greater than 40mm diameter.

Pour approximately 1.5 Ltrs (1 litre for high range soundless cracking agent) of clean water into the container adding one 5kg bag of high range soundless cracking agent gradually and mix well for approximately 2-3 minutes until a lump free consistency is obtained.

HSCA agent is packed in 5kgs per bag, 4 bags per canrton. Customized packing is available as well.
Up to 1 year in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use. Store in cool, dry conditions as for cement. If the outter bag is open, push the air out of the bag and seal it with tape. Use it as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children.
our minimum product effective time is 12month from the date of delivery, with right storage condition and intact packing, it can last for 3 years.
● When mixing and filling holes always wear rubber gloves, safety glasses and helmet.
● Do not use for other purposes besides the cracking of rocks or concrete.
● Rinse with water when any portion of the skin comes into contact with high range soundless cracking agent
● Do not look directly into holes filled with high range soundless cracking agent for at least 8 hours after pouring.
